Metzingen.....It's pronounced as Mc Singen...The very first time i heard of this name, i thought of Mc Donalds....I was thinking that that's the name of a new burger or another fast food company.....how wrong i was...
Well, Metzingen is reputed to be the shopper's paradise in germany.......It is, it really is......... one could get a lot of cheap stuff with high quality and freakingly low prices. Well, although all the shops there are factory outlets and some of the goods there are the so-called obsolete Items(at least 6 months old) , they are nonetheless of equally good quality as compared with those in the market...
Yeah, there are some defects with the Items, but they are simply undetectable and non-perceivable. Having said that, it doesn't mean all the goods there are rejected items...as i mentioned earlier, some of the goods there are the so-called ''outdated'' goods.....that means 6 months old or older than that...siow lah....it takes sometimes more than 6 months for a wholenew item to be made available in Malaysia lah......that's y the items there are simply more than a bargain for me or for us, malaysians....
well, i went there last saturday with GARGANTUAN APPETITE and FULLY-SATURATED WALLET.......and i left there with sheer satisfaction but as a 'broken man'....hehehe...not really lah....i bought a pair of shoes, a cap and a jacket...all are NIKE leh...
and i spent about 80 euros....Once again , do not convert into RM...that'S one of the lessons that i have learned since i have come to GERMANY....hehe...ok lah
