My first semester in Germany has ultimately 'kicked off' officially on the 15th of march.....and this day is going to be a day to be remembered for a long time to come....
well , what could i say about it.... ''exciting but terrifying'' is the one and only phrase i could think of at the moment , if anything is to sum up my fellings about it... We have been brought around in the FACHHOCHSCHULE by one of the german seniors and all the amenities have been introduced to us...i must say that i'm kinda impressed by some of the technology here...yeah..mind u..there are a lot of the so-called ''underground'' rooms here( just get to know the existance of all these rooms, albeit have been here for 1 month liao)...and they are where all the freakingly high-tech machines or devices are kept .....therefore it'S quite exciting..
anyway , any excitement is swiftly overwhelmed by the terror caused by the thought of having to attend the lectures in german ...
well , i had my first lesson on that day too... while some lessons are still understandable, some are so terrifying man, to the extent of beyond description.....in particular when the lecturers speak with the german accent , associated with some dialects like the classical ''Schwäbisch'' ........
anyway , all these have actually been expected and i have been told by seniors and some german lecturers as well that things will normally get better ..
so for the time being, i just keep my fingers crossed and tell myself that every tommorow will be better than today..
